The purpose of creating approver groups - allows for the selection of a pre-defined group of approvers instead of defining each approver separately.
How to define an approver group?
*The option to create an approver group is available and can only be accessed by users defined as administrators on DOKKA.
1. Please access the company settings by clicking on the gray person icon in the upper corner of the screen.
2. Select the "Approver Group" tab and click on the "Create Group" button.
In the opened window, choose the desired group name and then the desired approvers.
The order of selecting the approvers will determine the order of the approval chain, so enter the approvers in the desired order and finally click the "Save" button.
If you want to establish additional approver groups, you can click on the "+ Create Group" button on the right side of the screen.
When you want to activate the approver group, you can access the relevant document, select the approver group from the list, and activate the approval process.
