How to Reset or Restore your Password

If you forgot your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:

• Go to the Forgot Password screen (you can also get there from the login screen). 

• Enter your username (this is your email address).
• Click Send verification code
• You will receive an email with a 6 digits code for verification, please type them in the following screen
•  Choose your new password

Please notice that your new password must contain at least:

- 8 characters

- 1 lowercase letter

- 1 upper case latter

- 1 Numeric character

- 1 special character

• Click Submit

You will be taken to a web page where you can choose a new password.
